CO2 welding wire is a double deoxidized copper Coated Solid Steel Wire.
Suitable for welding in all position like Vertical/Horizontal.
It will produce Low Hydrogen Weld
High Deposition Rate & Deep penetration.
Ideally suited for unclean & rusty surfaces. Stable Arc with very low spatter loss.
Compatibility:CO2 wire can be used for welding mild steel, high strength steel & low alloyed steel, it may be used on steels with moderate presence of rust & mill scale.
High current is also permitted with this wire.
Applications: Suitable for Welding Structural Steels and General Fabrication, Automobile, Pressure Vessels, LPG Cylinders, Ship, Bridges, Railway Wagon & Coaches, Earth Moving Equipments and many more areas where super & special kind of welding is required.
